Give customers answers without interrupting your team
Handle routine questions, booking changes and updates, with a handover when someone needs personal help.
Answer the repeat questions.
Use your approved information to answer questions about services, opening hours, booking and what happens next. Your team spends less time repeating the same explanation.
Collect the details once.
Gather what your team needs before a conversation is handed over. Booking changes and account updates depend on the access and integrations agreed for your business.
Know when a person is needed.
Set clear rules for complaints, uncertainty, sensitive questions and anything outside the assistant’s remit. Give the customer a visible next step when it cannot help.
We review the questions customers already ask, agree the answers and escalation rules, then connect the assistant to the channels and systems you choose. Your team tests ordinary questions and difficult cases before customers use it. We review the unanswered questions as the business changes.
The practical starting point is your own support history. We show which questions the assistant can answer, which need a connected system and which must stay with a person. A demonstration is not a promise that an integration already exists.
Everything we have worked out about this.
Asked before booking. Answered straight.
Will it make answers up?
The assistant needs a defined information source and a route for questions it cannot answer. We test those boundaries and monitor them. We do not promise that any AI is infallible.
Can a customer still reach us?
Yes. We agree the handover route, what context is passed and what the customer is told to expect. The assistant should reduce repetition, not block access to your team.
Do we need to replace our helpdesk?
Not necessarily. We inspect the tools you already use and connect what is useful. A better FAQ or clearer booking instructions may solve the problem without an assistant.
