BBL / WEB DESIGN / ASHFORD TW15, SURREY

Web design in Surrey, built around what your customers search.
Five pages. Live in seven days.

Your customers don’t search “Surrey”. They search your trade and their town, and Google hands the job to whoever has a page for it. Here’s how the three ways to get a site compare, what each one costs you in missed enquiries, and which one fits a local business.

Web design in Surrey that wins enquiries starts with the searches local customers make, such as a service plus a town. Each search gets its own page, the site works properly on a phone, and every enquiry reaches the owner’s phone straight away.

WHAT YOU GET
01

Found for your towns.

A page for each service and each area you cover, written around what people in Staines, Shepperton, Weybridge or Woking actually type. Google can only rank a page that exists.

02

Enquiries on your phone.

An enquiry form and a WhatsApp button that land on your phone the moment someone gets in touch. No inbox you forget to check.

03

Proof it’s working.

GA4, Google’s free visitor tracking, plus enquiry tracking wired in from day one. A plain-English report each month says what came in and what we’re changing next.

THREE WAYS TO FIX IT

Three ways to get a website in Surrey

01

A template builder, done yourself

Wix or Squarespace, for a monthly template fee and your evenings. Honest verdict: fine if your customers already know your name and just need somewhere to check your number and opening hours. Where it falls down: being found by strangers. Templates aren’t written around “your service plus Chertsey” searches, so Google has nothing local to rank, and nobody tells you whether the site brought a single enquiry.

02

A bigger agency in Guildford, Woking or London

A studio with designers, developers and a project manager, commonly quoted at a few thousand pounds for a small business site. Honest verdict: the right call for an online shop, a custom booking system or a brand project with the budget to match. Where it falls down: for a five-page local site, much of that money buys process you don’t need, and the “local” pages are often one template with the town name swapped.

03

A five-page local site, built from Ashford

Five pages written around the searches your customers make in your towns, GA4 and enquiry tracking wired in, an enquiry form and WhatsApp to your phone, and a plain-English report every month. Live in seven days or it’s free, and you own the domain and the content. This one is ours.

Our recommendation: If most of your work comes from people who already know you, a template site plus a properly filled-in Google Business Profile is enough, and it costs you very little. If you need an online shop or custom software, pay a bigger agency and get it done properly. If your next customers are strangers searching for your service in your town, and nobody can tell you which pages bring enquiries today, a five-page local site wins those searches and shows you the proof every month.

HOW IT WORKS

We start with a 30-minute call about your business, the towns you cover and what a customer is worth to you. Then we check what people in those towns search for and who Google shows them now, write five pages around those searches, wire in the enquiry form, WhatsApp and tracking, and put it live within seven days. You own the domain and the content from day one. Pricing follows your numbers, with a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee for optimisation and support, agreed before we start.

PROOF

Walk On The Wild Side is a reptile and aquatics shop on Church Road, Ashford, TW15. Its first website, with local search pages and a live stock list, recorded 4,897 visits from 1 July to 28 September 2026, 3,742 of them from Google organic search. Visits are sessions, not sales. Down the river, Thameside Podiatry in Shepperton launched a five-page site in July 2026 and averaged position 3.3, roughly third on the page, for “podiatrist shepperton” from 1 to 28 September. Its search traffic is still small and growing.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What makes good web design in Surrey?

How much does web design cost in Surrey?

Template builders charge a monthly fee and cost you the time to build it. Agencies around Surrey and west London commonly quote a few thousand pounds for a small business site. Before comparing quotes, work out what one new customer is worth to you and how many a month the site needs to win. Ours is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee, agreed before we start, so you can judge it against that number.

How long does a new website take?

Live in seven days or it’s free. To start, we need your business name, the services you offer, the towns you cover and any reviews you already have.

Why does Google show Ashford, Kent when I search Ashford?

There are two Ashfords, and the Kent one is bigger, so Google often assumes you mean it. In a November 2026 check from TW15, many of the top results for “web design ashford” were agencies in Kent. A site that names TW15, your streets and the neighbouring towns, and targets “ashford surrey” and “ashford middlesex” searches, tells Google which Ashford you mean.

Do you only work with businesses in Spelthorne?

No. Ashford, Staines, Sunbury, Shepperton and Feltham, just over the border in Hounslow, are on our doorstep, and we build for businesses across Surrey. Search doesn’t care where the designer sits. It cares whether your site has a useful page for the town your customer is in.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours. If you stop the monthly plan, you keep the site and the words on it.

THREE DOUBTS

Asked before booking. Answered straight.

All my work comes from word of mouth.

Then you may not need much. But people who hear your name usually search for it before they ring. Search your business name on your phone today: if what comes up wouldn’t win you the job, that’s the gap, and it’s the cheapest one to fix.

I paid for a website before and it did nothing.

Most sites do nothing because nobody measures them. This one reports every month on visits and enquiries. If it isn’t bringing customers, you’ll see it in the numbers, and so will we.

You’re in Ashford. My customers are in Reigate.

Then your pages get written for Reigate and the towns around it, using what people there search for. Where the designer sits makes no difference to Google. Whether your site answers the search does.

BOOK A CALL

Tell us your service and your towns. We’ll show you who Google puts first for them, and whether a new site would change that.
