Your team is with a patient.
The next one is on the phone.
Give callers a way to leave a useful enquiry while reception is busy. Try a demo that answers as your practice, takes the reason for the call and sends the details by text for your team to follow up.
Rather talk to a person first?
A useful enquiry for reception.
Capture why the caller rang, whether they are new or returning, a callback number and their preferred time. Your team has the context to respond.
Dental service choices.
Try a new patient examination, routine check-up, hygienist visit, urgent appointment or a consultation about whitening, implants or clear aligners.
Clear limits on every call.
The demo takes enquiries. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, check your diary or confirm appointments. A live setup needs your practice policies and escalation instructions.
Start with the demo, then review what your team needs from a call. For a live setup, we agree your services, opening hours, enquiry recipients and urgent-call policy before connecting anything. Diary access and booking are separate integrations that must be verified with your practice system.
Try the demonstration on this page and judge the enquiry text yourself. It is a working demo for practice owners, not a claim about a dental client or patient outcomes.
Asked before booking. Answered straight.
Does it book into our dental software?
This demo does not connect to your practice software. It records a preferred time for your team to confirm. Any live diary integration would be scoped and tested separately.
What happens with urgent dental calls?
The demo distinguishes fictional enquiries from real requests for help and does not promise a dentist will respond. Before a live practice setup, you supply the urgent-call and out-of-hours instructions your team has approved.
Can we use real patient details in the demo?
Please use made-up patient details. Audio recording is off for the dental demo, but the call is transcribed and processed to create the enquiry text. A live service needs agreed handling and retention of patient information.
