For Sri Guru Singh Sabha Hounslow, we built the public website and the tools behind it. English and Punjabi registration, member approvals, printed cards, donations and community publishing connect in one platform.
System scope checked 30 September 2026 against the live public website and implementation. These describe the delivered workflows, not growth figures.
Running a Gurdwara means keeping membership records, supporting donations and telling the community what is happening. The public website needs to connect with the work the office and volunteers do behind the scenes, in the languages the Sangat uses.

The public website and office tools are part of the same system. A member can start an application online; the office can review it, approve membership and print a card from the member record. The team can manage community content for the website, publish newsletter editions and maintain the kitchen’s pantry needs. Members and visitors have one place to find what is on and how to take part.
This story documents the system delivered. We have not yet published a measured reduction in administration time or an attributable increase in memberships or donations.
