We are a small Kent team that builds automation systems and then lives with them. The marketing for this very website — the articles, the social posts, the images — is written, published, and distributed by an automated pipeline we built. It commits its own work to our codebase every day. We eat the cooking.

Scope small, ship fast, prove it
We do not sell "digital transformation". We find the single most expensive piece of manual work in your business, automate that, and prove it works before touching anything else. Most first builds ship in about two weeks.
Everything we build runs on tools you can own — primarily n8n, which can be self-hosted so your data stays yours. When we hand over, you get documentation and the keys, not a hostage situation.
Price the re-keying before you automate it
Take the task that annoys you most: copying enquiries into a spreadsheet, retyping supplier invoices, chasing the same details twice. Count the hours a week it takes, multiply by the hourly wage of the person doing it, then by 48 working weeks.
Say it is six hours a week at £14 an hour. That is £4,032 a year to move information between systems that should talk to each other, and that is one task in one pair of hands. Those figures are placeholders, so swap in your own. Whatever the total comes to, that is the number any fix has to beat, ours included.
Two of these are not us
One: hire more admin staff. A person handles exceptions, judgement calls, and the phone ringing mid-task, which no automation does well. It falls down on cost: you are paying a salary every year for work that repeats identically, and the bill grows every time the business does.
Two: stitch it together yourself with an off-the-shelf tool like Zapier or Make, from roughly £20 a month. For simple flows, a form into a spreadsheet, an email into a group chat, this genuinely works, and if that describes your problem you should do it and not call us. It falls down when a step needs judgement, when one of your systems has no connector, or when a flow that touches money fails silently and nobody is watching.
Three: a built automation from us. It costs more than a Zapier subscription, so it is the wrong buy for simple flows, and we will say so on the call. It is the right buy when the maths above says the manual work costs thousands a year and the workflow is too awkward for connectors: judgement steps, legacy systems, or failures that must reach a human. If your number is small, take option two and keep the difference.
Our own machine, running daily
The articles section of this site is written and published by an automated pipeline: a queue of topics in a spreadsheet, an AI writer, an image generator, an approval gate, and schedulers that post to social channels several times a day. It has run since July 2026 without a human copy-pasting anything.
That is the standard for anything we build for you: unattended, monitored, and still working next month.
Three free moves before you spend anything
Ask the person who actually does the task to time it for one week. A note on the desk is fine. Owners guess low, the stopwatch settles it, and the result is the number the maths above needs.
Write down the three tasks your team repeats most often in a week. Not the hardest ones, the most repeated. Repetition is what automation eats; difficulty usually is not.
Open the software you already pay for and check the features you never switched on. CRMs and accounts packages ship with automations most owners never find, and the fix for your problem may already be on the invoice.

Then we quote a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee for optimisation and support, with options to choose between, never a take-it-or-leave-it number. Mostly n8n for workflow automation, plus the AI models that fit the job. n8n can run on your own server, which matters if you care where your customer data lives.

We design for GDPR from the start: data stays in the UK/EU where possible, self-hosted where it matters, and no customer data goes into AI training. We will walk you through exactly what goes where before anything is switched on.
What if the automation breaks after you leave?
Everything we ship includes monitoring that emails an alert when something fails — silent failure is how automations die. You can maintain it yourself with the handover docs, or we look after it for a monthly fee.
Do you only work with big companies?
