BBL/RESULTS — CLIENT WORK

Eight days from launch to first patient.

A brand-new podiatry clinic with an empty diary and no web presence. The site went live on 7 July. On 15 July a complete stranger found it, messaged the clinic, and became patient number one.

Month one. Small numbers, honestly reported — this clinic opened this summer.

THE PROBLEM

Aaron opened a new clinic in Shepperton. New room, new equipment, no patients, no website — invisible on Google, with an empty diary and rent to pay.

WHAT WE BUILT
  • A five-page clinic site, live within days
  • Online booking wired into his clinic diary — appointments land in Cliniko, not an inbox
  • Weekend opening hours front and centre — most local competitors can’t match them
  • Google Business Profile with 20 service areas across the catchment
WHAT HAPPENED

The site went live on 7 July. On 15 July, a stranger — not a friend, not family, not a referral — found the site, messaged the clinic, came in, and became patient number one. Eight days. By the end of month one the site was on page one for “podiatrist shepperton”.

THE HONEST BIT

This is month one and the numbers are small. The first patient came through a WhatsApp message, not the online booking system — that’s still bedding in. We’ll update this page at month three with real numbers, good or bad.

YOUR TURN

Opening a clinic, or running one with an empty diary?

Book a call. Thirty minutes. We’ll ask how the work moves, where it stalls, and whether there’s a system worth building. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you before you spend anything.
